While I had every good intention to knit, I think I will do as my own knitty kitty and take a siesta



Yes, this is what remains of my sofa. Chi chi has put a dent in the pillow that cannot be "fluffed." She rules the roost. I just pay the mortgage folks. I've accepted it.

Not sure which is the better picture, but here is the latest
installment of my yummy yarn from across the pond:




Hopefully the beautiful shade of blue is obvious.
Although I haven't really posted any FOs, I have been working on a few things. Will post these beauties as soon as I gift them.

Now, her mom said that she wasn't mad about the hat, just not wanting to be directed in the photo shoot, but I tell ya, whether or not she's happy, I'm happy she is wearing the hat (and it fits!)

It will certainly keep her warm. I used one skein of the alchemy yarns-synchronicity (50/50 wool&silk) in color - koi pond.

Rather pricey for a one skein project, but the experience of frogging, er knitting was totally full of joy and elation.
